diet plan
I didn't eat dinner last night! I only ate fruits. mmmm yummy yummy rockmelon. Say
*yay* for me.
Y-A-Y!I'm really trying to cut down my food intake. Working certainly didn't help cos during lunchtimes, it was always main course followed by
dessert. It was like, you could never be satisfied with whatever you had for lunch so you'd always want something sweet to end it off. Be it frappucinos, mr teh tarik's ice limau teh, ice cream, bubble tea, cakes or whatever. Each day was always something different. And not forgetting all the snacks in the office itself. wahhhh.. I think I put on 3 kgs just during that 10 weeks alone sia!
Weighed myself this morning - I've lost about a kilo I think. Good good. That's my aim for now. Trying to lose a kilo a week. Hopefully I can lose about 5 more kilos and then I'd be happy. If I wanna be really truly happy, I'd have to lose at least 8 though. haha.. yup.
twohill wasn't all that bad yesterday. =) *yay* but alamak, watching the show last night made me quite hungry. am craving for prata now. and pizza. how how how.
Is it just me, or are the judges extremely biased this time around? Even
Ken is freaking biased. I don't think he has ever given Rahimah a good comment so far. (hmm, ok her performance last night turned me off.. ) But even
I think he's being quite leniant on twohill cos he likes him. haha..

jacintha openly admitted that she's biased towards jon. haha.. Wth sia. check out this week's
8days. They have started a new column tracking her Ja-isms as they call it.. haha! Seriously, she says the most redundant things la!
Here's an excerpt from 8days:

We think she means:How does your hair stand so well?

We think she means:Er.. We also don't know.
haha redundant column for the redundant judge. I think my dad looks forward to each time the judges comment just to see what other nonsense she can come up with. He was highly amused yesterday night.
