my johore weekend
notice that thing that she's sitting on? that used to be my bed.. *ahem* yes the one that some pple broke when they sat on it.. ;) anyways my granddad converted it into an amben *erm, what's amben in english arh?* damn cool huh? and fat baby shira sooooo cutee!!!
i loved the whole atmosphere of the kids running around screaming and playing and giggling and laughing.. =) and when you get tired of it all, there's bbq-ed food to look forward to..
this is a side view of my neighbour's house.. notice the two long red coloured thingies hanging from their balcony? those are firecrackers.. every year, on cny eve, at exactly midnight, they'll set off the firecrackers. the first time i heard it three years back, i thought that a bomb had exploded or something!
yay! yani, nydia, aisyah and elly came over for BBQ on cny eve.. *yummms* had good fun sleeping over though they slept early.. haha.. fad, nazreen and some of their friends slept over too..annd there were fireworks also this year!
imagine those fireworks you saw on new years but coming from your own neighbours' backyards! sooo shiok! wahahhahaa.. ten times better man! we were quite surprised cos i wasnt expecting fireworks at all. and many many families had somehow gotten hold of those fireworks (even though they are illegal *smirks*) so we had like a 360 degree view of them. like close to midnight they were popping up from every direction!
we asked our neighbours how much they costed them, and they said somewhere in the thousands of RM range.. *wooohooo!*

oh yeah forgot to mention about today's swimming session! =) went swimming with sya, sya and sha (haha! figure out who they are!) at shahirah's condo in simei. super shiok considering i've not gone swimming for about 3 years now =) yay! and im now two-toned in certain areas, and my face feels a little burnt. we were in the water for three hours lah! haha.."u swim like a whale" - shahirah. wah thanx ah!
