formally stressed.

I know I shouldnt be blogging but I just HAD to blog about today. heh.. ok so here's what happened..

So today was supposed to be my last presentation for the semester, 201 presentation, where we were supposed to present on the investment-worthiness of a company which the instructor had picked out for all her classes. But since every other group was doing on the same company, and it was so late in the semester, my group kinda took on a slack attitude towards it. So we only met ONCE to decide what to do, who does what and etc. haha..

So this morning, I was in the reading room as usual, and msging nadz.. oh my other 3 grpmates were all having tax class in the morning btw and their class only ended half an hr before the presentation!

I started panicking a little, thinking how unprepared we were. So I decided to go to the free access lab, and see what tinkering I could do with the slides, how to add somemore stuff inside, whether there was anything missing anot.

And who do I see?

Yufan's group! in FORMAL wear!

waaaaaat?

FORMAL leh!

I was wearing my washed-out jeans and top although my new shoes were a saving grace! lol.. FORMAL!!!!! and when I started panicking abt how formally they were dressed, yufan still had the cheek to say I looked quite formal also! (waaat? jeans leh! jeans!!!)

So nvm, I thought it was okay, we were not asked to wear formal, so my group was still safe. Took a seat behind them in the lab to start working on the slides, and that was when I saw their slides!

OH MY GOD!

Their slides looked super professional can! wahhhh I was even MORE stressed after that! and started msging Nadz furiously abt our stiff competition..

Then, a few terminals away, I suddenly noticed shilong's group..

ALSO DRESSED IN FORMAL!

wahhhhhhh I wanted to cry already. It was so bad I think I went a little crazy and started laughing like mad thinking abt how absurd the situation was. KallangWave den suddenly appeared in the lab and I was complaining to him about how all these other groups were totally spoiling the market.

So abt 25 mins before our presentation, my grpmates finally came. And we were giving Nadz her bday prezzies. hehe (HAPPY BELATED 21ST BIRTHDAY GURL!) Nadz was funny la when she was reading the card and opening the prezzies.. So finally we did a sort of run thru, but der wasnt enough time, so just rushed to class still unprepared.

I guess it went alright, considering our lack of preparations. We totally chop chop cos prof J was saying how she was gonna be strict in terms of time management. And we hadn't time ourselves before de presentation so we din know how long we were gonna take anyway. But der was one part, HL just stoned there! haha she's so cute la. der was smtg wrong with de order of her slides, so she was very confused. and XT kept going behind her, *nvm just go on to de next part* aiyoh..

Yup, but all that drama and stress and crazy laughter caused a massive headache, so I went home straight to sleep. took a good long nap. =)
